It started as a daydream. In 2015, we brewed our first batch of mead at home. Curious, a little chaotic, and completely hooked. What began as a kitchen experiment turned into an obsession, and eventually, a meadery. We is Dos: the bearded weird one. Plus Ash: one very patient wife.
Daydreamer is a small-batch craft meadery based in Naarm/Melbourne. Every can is built around Australian honey and paired with fruit, hops, or whatever else sparks our imagination. Gluten free by nature. Made for festivals, backyards, and every moment in between.

Mead is the world's oldest alcoholic drink — made by fermenting honey with water. Ours are modern, sessionable, and built to be cracked open anywhere. Think cider vibes, craft beer energy, fruit-forward flavour.
Picked up a Yuzu at a market and immediately went back for a 4-pack. It's refreshing without being sweet — actually drinkable.
I was skeptical about mead but the Lemon Crush totally converted me. Tastes like a craft beer had a baby with a lemonade.
Finally — a mead that doesn't taste like a medieval re-enactment. Brought a case to a BBQ and it was gone in an hour.
The cans are stunning and the liquid is even better. Love that it's gluten free — finally something I can actually drink at festivals.
